Project details

This home renovation resulted in the rooms in the house being put to better use - two unnecessary reception rooms and a small kitchen were turned into a front reception room, with an open plan kitchen, dining, and living space… A significant improvement!

Solution

In order to create the best layout, we extended the rear of the property and removed the wall between the existing kitchen and second reception room (Because who needs a second reception room?) This space was converted into a large, open plan kitchen, dining and living area with bifold doors facing the garden, two skylights, and a central island. If this doesn’t fit the ‘open plan style’, we don’t know what does!
