Your architect will present their thoughts to you, and run through potential options for the designs.

02.3 prepare proposed

Prepare Proposed Designs

Your architect scribble (or more likely, click) away to develop your designs in more detail, creating a first draft.

02.4 develop designs

Review & Develop Proposed Designs

Your first look at the designs! Your architect will probably talk you through the plans.

If any alterations are required, this is the time to ask for them.

02.5 planning advice

Advice On Planning Policy

At this stage, a clearer understanding of what application type is required will be explained to you.
