Anyone over the age of 18 years can enter. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Resi and their close relatives. Please note that no refunds will be given to any previous and / or current Resi paying customers.
To enter the competition, please submit your answer here. This is the only way you can enter the competition, we won’t be accepting entries through social media or any other method except the link above.
Entries will close on January 15th, 2024. Only one entry per person is allowed.
To be eligible for the grand prize, you need to accurately identify the murderer, their motive, and the manner in which the murder happened. Those who successfully guess all the questions will be included in a pool, from which one fortunate winner will be randomly chosen.
Resi will announce the winner in February 2024.
Resi has the right to use your information and competition answers for marketing and promotional purposes.
The prize is a free design and planning package worth approximately £1000. If more time is required and the prize limit is exceeded you will be required to pay the difference upfront.
The design and planning package prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
We will contact the winner over email and/or phone no later than February 29th, 2024.
Resi reserves the right to disqualify participants who breach the terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent activities.
Resi reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition if necessary, with or without notice.
