Social impact projects
Resi is proud to be working with Resonance, a charity which supports women and children who are at risk of domestic violence. Together, we’re helping them create new safe spaces for those at risk.
We’re aiming to take this work further by supporting more small developers who provide housing for vulnerable people. It’s our belief that everyone should have access to homes that care for their wellbeing.

Retrofitting
Reducing carbon emissions in the built environment needs to be a high priority in the upcoming years. It’s our goal to promote innovative and tech-led solutions within the retrofit process, allowing more energy-efficient refurbishments and new builds to be born.
We work with providers to explore retrofit options for their existing housing stock, giving them access to our experts and their knowledge of environmental and people-focused design.

Social housing
Though the need for social housing has increased, there are multiple barriers to building affordable, high-quality homes. At Resi, our technology-focused approach allows us to remove these hurdles. We can not only speed up feasibility reports, but also streamline the rest of the process, including design, planning, and building regulation.
