The property price data for England and Wales that you see on our website is sourced primarily from HM Land Registry's Price Paid Data. This dataset is the one source of truth for most of the country’s residential property transactions. Where available, we’ve enhanced this with information gathered from Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) data and then further added to it with records from various trusted additional sources.
