From architects to engineers, mortgage experts to business whizz kids, no matter what your passion, the Resi Academy is here to get you on the right path.
Work Experience Placements
We offer one week work experience placements to sixth form and further education students. During this time, you’ll get to work with our many different teams, from architectural design, marketing and sales, to finance. This is a great introduction to a fast-growing business that is transforming an industry. If you’re an ambitious sixth-former looking to get your hands stuck in, this is the placement for you!

Design Placements
Many architectural courses have work experience as part of their requirements. At Resi, we’re able to offer current students placements, giving you an immersive experience for between 8-16 weeks in the business.
Depending on your level of experience and interests, we’ll place you within one of our studios where you’ll be able to experience both architectural design as well as the building regulations process. You’ll be able to get hands-on experience of draft work as well as engaging with clients to help them shape their future homes.

Route to Resi
You don’t need to be an architect or technician to work at Resi. We’ve got a growing team of experts in account management, marketing and business development who help support both our clients and keep the company afloat.
As part of Route to Resi you’ll spend three months moving between key teams:
- Client consultation
- Marketing
- Customer service
- Human resources
- Plus Connect, our marketplace for suppliers
Hopefully, during your time with us, you’ll find an affinity for one of these teams. We’ll then tailor the rest of your time with us to this profession, giving you more in-depth experience and guidance to following a potential career.
