Happy Homes research
We all want to live in a happy home. However, when it comes to building new homes, happiness isn’t always at the forefront. At Resi, we commissioned research that asked the simple question: how can you design homes with wellbeing in mind?
To create this report, we surveyed 4000 UK residents, taking their answers and combining them with the best existing research. We’re now using the results of our hard work to not only build better commercial homes but to help inform our work in pushing for industry-wide change.

Research and policy
We’re working to change the conversation around housing policy. We want to show the right way to design a home, getting more local authorities to put wellbeing at the forefront of their plans. Internally, we’re showing how these proposals can work in the real world, demonstrating that great design doesn’t have to break the bank and leading the way in creating socially-conscious homes.
