Building Regulations Team
About me
As a building regulations designer, I look to ensure compliance and build-quality for RESI customers and I'm on hand to answer any and all technical issues they have or may face. With over ten years in the field of architecture, with half of that being in residential design, I have good experience of renovation and extension projects and the various situations that can arise pre-construction and on site. My philosophy is to treat every customers' project as if it were my own on my own home and to always go the extra mile to provide piece of mind when it comes to the design process.

What is your idea of a perfect Sunday?
Decent sized brunch followed by a big Sunday dinner later, along with 3pts to Newcastle United against whoever we're playing that weekend!
What is the one piece of advice you would give to any first-time renovator?
Have at least 2 good reasons for EVERY design decision you make, don't simply ask for things because they "look nice" - make sure that you're giving yourself the most fulfilling solution to each and every problem/issue you are seeking to address with your project.
What is your favourite thing about working at Resi?
There is such a wealth of experience and optimism here at the company, we work in smart and well organized ways to do things better, faster and more cost effective for our clients.
