Find a tradesperson through Connect
Our Connect team will introduce you to vetted contractors and other local specialists – free of charge.
Whether you’re extending, renovating, or building from scratch, you’ll need a whole host of tradespeople to get your project off the ground. Connect is there to introduce you to a pool of professionals in your area. We’ll then guide you through carrying out your own quality checks so you can select the right team for your project and build with confidence.

Connect introduces you to vetted tradespeople in your area so you can select your builders with confidence.
Vetted contractors
Our Connect service introduces you to vetted contractors who can help bring your designs to life during construction.
We vet contractors by assessing them against a range of criteria amongst which are: whether or not they are Trustmark or FMB affiliated, whether they have the relevant insurances in place; an assessment of their past work; meeting minimum financial standards; and finally, references from both previous customers and trade.
No extra cost
Our Connect service comes at zero cost to you - all you pay for is the service your tradesperson provides. Resi charges a 3-5% fee to the contractor for a successful introduction.
This introduction fee is charged directly to the contractors, and is based on the total value of your tender. This fee is not an additional sum to the total cost of your project. We believe in ensuring these fees are transparent, and so this fee is paid by the contractor once they start work onsite.
Free guidance
Rather than sifting through hundreds of quotes, we’ll introduce you to tradespeople in your local area that could be suitable for your project.
Whether you’re looking for a Party Wall Surveyor, a Structural Engineer or a Building Contractor, you can find it through Resi connect. What’s more, our in-house experts can offer advice at every step, from explaining what each professional actually does to whether having them on board is essential.
Only within the M25 (for now)
Connect is a growing service and, as such, we’re only able to provide recommendations within the M25.
